AMERICA 250 DAY CELEBRATION

Join us as we celebrate our rich agricultural heritage and commemorate the 250th anniversary of our nation. Governor Henry D. McMaster will join us to proclaim “America 250 Day” at the South Carolina State Fair, as we recognize our state’s role in the founding of our nation and celebrate 250 years of American independence. The Fort Jackson 282D Army Band will also perform, adding to the patriotic spirit of the day. Enjoy stirring music, remarks from dignitaries, and then make your way to the immersive and educational SC250 Revolutionary War exhibit in the Ruff Building.
