This year, your favorite fair memory does not have to stay at the fairgrounds. New for 2026, the South Carolina State Fair Souvenir Shop is opening inside the South Carolina Grown Marketplace in the Rosewoods Building, giving fairgoers a brand-new way to “Take Home the Memories.” While fair merchandise will still be available through the online store, the in-person shop will feature an entirely different collection to discover during your visit.
Guests can shop a variety of shirts, hats, bumper stickers, keepsakes, and unique fair merchandise at affordable prices. Vintage South Carolina State Fair posters from previous years will also be available, giving collectors and longtime fairgoers a chance to bring home a piece of fair history. Guests can make their visit even more personal with Frenzy, a Columbia-based company offering custom shirt printing right inside the shop. Choose your shirt color, select a fair design and watch it come to life right in front of you.
The Souvenir Shop is a natural fit inside the South Carolina Grown Marketplace, returning for its third year with twice the number of vendors. The marketplace celebrates local artisans, creators, farmers and small businesses, featuring products proudly made, grown or sewn in South Carolina. Together, the marketplace and the new Souvenir Shop offer even more ways to shop local and celebrate the creativity and traditions rooted across South Carolina.
A fair shirt or vintage poster may seem like a simple souvenir today, but years from now, it might bring you right back to the rocket, the Celebration Wheel glowing after dark, or a ride over the fairgrounds on the Sky Ride.
