Congratulations to the following twenty-four (24) recipients of a 1999 South Carolina State Fair Academic Scholarship selected from over seven hundred (700) applicants. Scholarship recipients were selected based on academic achievement, extracurricular activities, citizenship, and need. Each recipient received a $2,000 academic scholarship for the 1999-2000 school year.
