GIRLS:
Sunday dress or pageant dress, flower girl, bridesmaid, prom gown
(any length, any style).
BOYS:
Dress clothes, Sunday suit or tuxedo.

No make-up on contestants age birth to 3 years
of age;

Lip gloss and light blush only on contestants age 4-9 years;

Age appropriate make-up on contestants 10+
years;
-
No artificial hair (synthetic or human);
-
Mandatory deduction of 5 points per judge
for violation of above rules.
TALENT
