The Swine Personnel will make several inspections daily during the week to determine which of the exhibitors is doing the best in the following areas to keep their pens and animals in a clean and attractive environment.

1. Neatness and attractiveness of pens, signs, and feed storage.
2. Removing and replacing wet shaving and unused feed.
3. Appearance of swine at all times.
4. Exhibitors' behavior towards the public, fellow exhibitors and fair management. Exhibitors' and their employees' appearance, conduct, etc. Winners will be announced on Monday morning at approximately 10:00 AM. While State Fair personnel will primarily be responsible for the aisles, breeders may want to do some additional cleaning of the aisles in their area from time to time.
