SC STATE FAIR DEFINITION OF AMATEUR EXHIBITOR

An Amateur Exhibitor is considered a hobbyist and defined as anyone who has not earned more than $1000 during any calendar year either by selling their items, teaching the subject, or doing extended exhibiting.
