Quality of workmanship is the first consideration in judging.
3.
All stitching should be neat with no puckering.
4.
Both sides of the article are judged; however, framed items will not be removed from their frames.
5.
Only clean, properly pressed articles will be judged and displayed.
6.
Name must be securely covered by sewn material or heavy tape.
7.
Rugs must not be over 60" x 84" (inches).
8.
Quilts must be made entirely by exhibitor, with exception of group classes, and completed within the last three years. Quilts must be clean and in good condition. The quilt measurements in some classes refer to the perimeter of the quilt. Perimeter refers to the measurement around an object. Perimeter is obtained by measuring the length of each side of an object and then adding all of the lengths together.

Articles must be completed and pictures ready to hang.
10.
Picture wire and screw eyes must be used since saw tooth hangers will not work on peg board.
