1.
All animals must be registered in the American Hereford Association.
2.
Registration certificates or current Photostat copies must be presented upon request of Show Officials.
3.
Animals must be entered and exhibited under the recorded ownership name or co-owners' names as of show entry deadline date.
4.
Ear tattoos must be legible and correct for show eligibility.
5.
Entries with registrations marked "pending" or "applied for" will be ineligible to show.
6.
