Late Entry Period Opens at 12:01 PM & Closes at 12 Noon

$25 Late Entry Fee per Exhibitor

Entry Fees Policy

Online Entry System - Fees must be charged to a major credit card.

Postal Mailed Entry Forms - Check or Money Order made payable to SC State Fair must accompany entry form.

Checks will not be accepted following the Late Entry Registration Period Closing Date. Any fees remaining on day of the show must be paid in cash.

Entry fees are non-refundable.

$5 Exhibitor Vehicle Hang-tag
(admits driver and passengers

for duration of show)

Open Beef Cattle

$5 Entry fee per head

Open Dairy Cattle
$10 Entry fee per head

IMPORTANT: Junior Cattle Exhibitors

Junior Exhibitors are exempt from Exhibitor & Entry Fees, with exception of Juniors showing in Open Show under a farm name where entry fees apply (See Cattle Rules & Regulations #3); however Late fees will apply to Junior Exhibitors who register past the Open Entry Registration Period.

Junior Exhibitors receive one (1) vehicle hang tag.

Additional vehicle hang-tags may be purchased at time of entry registration only.

Hang tags will not be available upon arrival at the Fair.
