AMATEUR FAIR & MERIT AWARDS

SUBMIT ORIGINAL ARTWORK ONLY

BEST OF SHOW --- $2,250

Please note: In order to be considered for BEST OF SHOW, art work must be offered for sale to the public. Art work selected as BEST OF SHOW will become the property of First Citizens Bank and will be displayed in South Carolina First Citizens Bank branches. No additional compensation will be paid for purchase of the art work.

• Must be framed or have finished edges;
• No enhanced photography (see Class #0304).

• Must be framed under glass or plexiglas.
• EXCEPTION: Painting on Watercolor Board that has been sprayed with sealant must be framed but glass is optional and left to the discretion of the artist; however the SC State Fair will not be responsible in event of damage to artwork not under glass;

• Must not exceed 48 inches in any dimension;

• Any sharp or hazardous object(s) must be under glass or plexiglas

• Must be freestanding;
• Must be portable, requiring only one person to move;
• No sharp or hazardous objects.
